Original 4 x 8 1/2 ticket order form for the Woodstock Music and Art Fair to be held
in Wallkill, New York, between August 15-17, 1969. The
front of the bi-fold form
lists the roster of bands set to perform during the three days—Janis Joplin, The
Who, Richie Havens, Canned Heat,
Creedence Clearwater, Grateful Dead,
Santana,
the Jefferson Airplane, The Band, Joe Cocker, Crosby Stills and Nash,
and more.
The inside pages contain descriptions of other event activities, in addition to a ticket
form listing prices for 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day passes.
The back of the form contains
a list of hotel accommodations, as well as a map and directions to the event from
Boston, Philadelphia, and
New York. In excellent condition, with light handling wear.
This is the earliest ticket order form for Wallkill, the original Woodstock location,
which was moved due to issues with the locals and officials to Bethel.
