This is the masterpiece that got Jimi started in a very big way, and this particular album is in excellent condition. There is no way to be sure which pressing this is other than to say it is most likely an early 70's press with the brown steamboat label.  I say that because so many more of those were pressed, so it raises the likelyhood that more will be left over.  Although, with the .99 price,  it is very possible it could be a two tone.  The lighter weight doesn't indicate a 1st press, which would be extremely unlikely to find sealed.  Beware of a particular seller or 2 that seem to always have so many wonderful hype stickers.  Make sure the sticker looks old (because they will usually have adhesive staining) and find out the weight, those are usually the best indicators.
Regardless, it is in super nice condition but does have very light pressure pushes on the center top and bottom edges as well as the bottom 2 corners. Otherwise only a few superficial scuffs on the shrink (front) with almost no surface rub and a tiny 1/2" shrink break at the mouth.
