    6 inch with 2 inch stainless steel mashers. Closes to approximately 3/16 inch parallel.
    Please note, these mashers will not close parallel.  They must be parallel when they still have a 3/16 inch gap. This way your bead will be 3/16 inches thick and flat on both sides. So when these are completely closed with no glass, the mashers will be at a bit of an angle toward each other. This is how they are supposed to be, so you won't be alarmed when you first see them.  :)
